PhuQ3R - sounds like the panasonic will do you better cuz of the faster start up time, faster refresh rate between pics, and image stabilization. All very useful for an active person who wont want to miss a shot. (wow that sounded like a sales pitch, i'm good)


keitaro - you need to tell us what u need it for? For example, did you want to use it as a movie camera as well? would u actually use the fold out screen? both cameras are good for picture quality, ultimately its a personal preference. Although again with the panasonic the Li Ion batt gives a fast refresh of the flash for shooting, but the menu system on the panasonic is simpler to navigate, one menu vs a menu menu and a func menu
