This next one was also american, happened this past year:
first off, they tried to order a hamburger 'rare' which is quite common in the states, but i told them we can only do them 'well.'

LOL for the last one I would have replyed ... um no we sell all our cows that are infected with mad cow to the US so that we dont have to deal with them....
