Okay i have a question. I want a digi cam a reasonably priced (about $400+/-) where i can do nice shots of the city at night. Example like taking a shot of the city from BBy mountain or something.

What should i be looking for?

Like is there a certain way of reading specs/numbers that will indicate that it's good for nightlight shots?
