Me moving out isn't an option either, and then if I leave he will never leave my poor grandparents.. I can tell they want him gone, ( I just told my grams I was gonna sell my car and look for a place for the 1st and she said be rude to him and make him leave) but they're just too nice to kick him out.. I had the same problem when I lived with my grandparents.
Tell him you need to live there but can't live with him there because he's getting in the way.
If he has a problem, just tell him to get the fuck out.
