i've always been a sony fan and never had much experience with the first xbox except DOA and some rally game. i've barely scratched the surface of what the 360 can do but its been quite enjoyable so far. even without HD everything looks a much improved over the last generation consoles.

i bought project gotham 3 - mostly cause of the ariel atom. it has great physics and graphics - i just wish u could upgrade the cars like in GT. i tried to rent NHL2K6 for some drinking games but blockbuster was all out and the other place i rent from doesn't even have 360 games yet. i rented Perfect Dark and its quite a fun game, especially multiplayer, but the physics are a little messed up when you die.

i'm without computer at the moment (using TRU lab for now) so i have yet to try most of the other features. i don't like that you have to download specific files for old games to make it backwards compatible. I also don't like the idea that i have to pay for xbox live.

I'm hoping to get the ps3 when it finally comes out - hopefully won't be much more than what i paid for this 360. i was just getting bored of my ps2 and couldn't wait that long for the next gen.

i've had none of the problems that the early 360's had and just in case, i set it up just below a window and placed it on spacers to allow more air flow.
