yes that is the car wanting to stall to fix that ajust your thottle linkage for it to blead more air or ajustes you tps .5 volt

but ajust the stop srec ont eh linkage should sovle your issue

ps if you have not fixed you oil perures sencer there is bell type thing right by the cps it's made of rubber re clip the wire ont eh sencer i must have nocked it off when pulling the pump
