when i use "flip over" attack against my opponent, i injure him 50 healthpoints but at the same time i also lose 10 healthpoints cuz i injure myself during the process of attacking him

^^ means: certain pokemon have weeknesses to other types, but other pokemon have an advantage over other pokemon
ex. fire pokemon attacking water pokemon= water pokemon loses even more healthpoints
whereas if it was water pokemon attacking fire pokemon= fire pokemon loses more healthpoints as well... it basically depends on which pokemon attacking which and how many hp would it normally take off, but in this case with wobbuffet, you don't have to do any of that weekness/resistance stuff =]
