Terrible. I'm really dissapointed in JP Cellular and hopefully I can get it the problem fixed tomorrow.

About a week and half ago my gf dropped her phone at the club and it got scratched up so I decided that I wanted to replace the housing for her. As a regular on Revscene, I found JP Cellular, so I decided to go there and get it fixed. I put down a $20 deposit out of the total of $110 for the full housing as I would have to wait 1 week before it comes in. A week later, the part comes in so I took time out of my work to get it installed which took about 2 hours. I was in a rush to get back to work so I didn't bother looking at the phone. The next day I gave the phone back to my gf and she looked at it and told me that it was NOT new. There was scratches on the phone and wear and tear all over it. I'm planning to go back to JP tomorrow and complain about this. I hope that this is not the way they do business.
