i thought about it right when i saw it but i realized i have no idea who to call at this time of night. i'm hopped up on energy drinks trying to code databases with no sleep so my brain functions are quite lacking right now.
it was a younger black bear though probably just poking around at garbage. curious how it managed to get this far into town though.
