Because I want to expose the cityscape properly without blowing out the sky.
Heres one thing I really wanted to work.
If it was overcast, It would have been easy to expose for both. I shot in raw, and i kinda want to merge it to hdr. But everytime I do, the sky gets blown out and junk. I'm so confused
(hdr not for this image. Sky is blown out already :P)
