the first two were taken by using light painting methods
i was trying to portray the soul-ful-ness of the performers
if i was to capture the stillness, the whole performance would not have been lit such way
during the 30sec exposure i took the external flash and use the pilot pre fire feature and let the flash illuminate the scene with various angles.
that's why the lighting is so bright

(it was a dark performance)
