I take listing pictures all the time for an agent. The photos taken should still make the house look enticing. First off, I would not have taken it at night as details in the house are lost. Colours are poor and isn't something that catches your eye.

Focus on the house and not the entire property. You have 8 photos to put up on the MLS system so cropping in tighter so to not see the house beside it would be good.
