I couldn't decide between the Panasonic DMC-LZ5 and Canon A540, so I bit the bullet and spent more money, and got a camera with all the functions I wanted. Got the Canon A710IS. Got my 6x optical zoom, image stabilization, optical viewfinder and good picture quality
