I probably know why the owner of the black RSX put none-Honda related badges on there. Just taking a guess from a none-automotive perspective, perhaps he lost a close friend who owns a GT-R, and to show remembrance of him he put the badge from the crashed car onto his own car?

Edit: The flame decals are another story lol.. perhaps his friend's car was in flames?
