Hey there. I don't wanna be one to rain on the parade too, but I agree the service is one of the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. The food is what makes me even think about returning, but then I remember how snobby/airheaded the waitresses are. I don't remember if they wear nametags or not, but next time maybe I could get you a few names :P
I know its a busy and popular place now, and delay is to be expected. but I think inconsistency and 1 hour wait for food is a bit overboard, isn't it?
