Technically, it is still an accident, but it is 100% the driver's fault as it was a single car accident, on a clear sunny day, on a dry road. He had to do something really really stupid to crash the car. I hope ICBC will not cover this idiot.
the new tires could be slippery because of the coatting the tire manufactures put on the out side of the tire to release the tire from the mold... so if that layer of slippery stuff hasn't worn off yet... even racing slicks can be slippery then...
