Technically, it is still an accident, but it is 100% the driver's fault as it was a single car accident, on a clear sunny day, on a dry road. He had to do something really really stupid to crash the car. I hope ICBC will not cover this idiot.

ICBC covers stupidity, but his (parents'?) premium is certainly gonna go up.
