Again, this is what I think could have happened with my experience in autoX. Nothing to do with the real situation.

Even simple: lift-throttle oversteer.
1)Probably going too fast for the corner. 2)Got scared.
3)Lifted off throttle (whilst going at high speed).
4)Over-steer!
