Rent a car and visit the outlets in Primm, or the Premium Outlets on Charleston near downtown.
On the Strip, there are a few malls that can't be missed: Forums Shops (Caesar's), Miracle Mile Mall (Planet Hollywood), Fashion Show Mall (just across the street from Wynn and TI), and Grand Canal Shops (Venetian).
