the place I worked at was on a steady downward spiral in terms of work environment and management.. i had a falling out with one of the other senior guys on friday and then suddenly today some people "witnessed" me working on other projects on company time, except it is claimed this had been going on for months. getting canned on hearsay and rumor is pretty pathetic on their part. it puts a huge smile on my face though knowing the company shot themselves in the foot. we were already struggling to keep up with orders, and now lots of customers are going to get shafted. not to mention there was a bunch of unique tasks i handled and the codes/methods for doing them are locked up in my head
