For jogging, I like to listen to alternative rock, some times I mix it up with hard rock.
For weights, I have some harder rock and some rap.

My new thing is that on my last 5 mins of my jog, I pump up the pace, and I listen to "In the room" by John Murphy, off of the 28 Days/Weeks Later soundtrack.
I pretend I am running for my life LOL
Im going to get some other insane amped up music like that wher eI can just push it.
