I have TRD springs right now and I'll be getting springs by Progress... H&R are good too....
as for chipping, make sure if you do get a real chip since a lot of the "cheaper" chips just send out confussing signals for your ecu so there will be a "modification".
like cheaper or fake chips that you put in your ecu to higher your rev limiter are nothing but clock crystals... the way it works is that the ecu can't understand what this thing is doing... so it won't cut the fuel off when you hit the redline....
