DON'T:
- Party A vs Party B (unless it has made it on the list in page 1)
- A and B
- A is not RS member
- A's thread
- can't remember the name of Party A, but here's what happened
- A's new car or gf
- A got owned / A is funny / A is an idiot. (too vague)
- An event happened outside the forums, and only few remember.
If your submission is not on the list. Either it's not complying the
rules or I don't understand it (you need further proof or need a
3rd person to agree with it)
