impulse, i have a better idea. phone the gentleman that hit you give him your quotes tell him that if he gives you that in cash you wont file a claim. no icbc buy back no icbc period. I had an accident last summer, lady backed up into my truck while waiting to turn she got impatient and bang, she wanted to settle privately so i got a few estimates gave her the highest ones and she gave me 1600 for me to replace a fender grill and signal light, with some elbow grease i fixed the inner fender spray the fender and better than before. i hope it works out well.
