Yesterday? I was suppose to be there but I had a pile of problems to deal with outside the restaurant so couldn't make it back so I don't know what happened with the servers or what the problem was with the food.

^ That is DEFINITELY the case. The problem with hiring so many Working Holiday Visa - authentic (and as many of u pointed out, hotness factor) Japanese girls is that they are all only allowed to stay in Canada for a year. So every year it's the same thing. A whole buttload of them leave at the same time and I have to hire a whole new bunch and re-train them. These few weeks is such a time. Too bad I couldn't have been there personally yesterday to see what the problem was so as to fix it quickly. Good help is hard to find
