No.

I just double checked and you're actually completely wrong. The oil cooler is only fully used at 35~ + PSI of oil pressure. The relief valve inside the filter housing diverts oil to the cooler, then back to the pan.

I would suggest actually learning how your oiling system works before you start modifying it at all.
