I clipped the highlight of the couple by about 1/3 of a stop so the only adjustment I did in light room was take down the exposure by 1/3 stop. I bumped the contrast and saturation by 10 (my usual import settings as I shoot with completely neutral settings in camera)

thanks for the info! I'm a good news photographer but I'm light years behind someone like you when it comes to portraits/art photography...the low camera/high flash angles worked really well for that pic...keep posting your stuff, man it's much appreciated!
