I think Naomi should not say hi for her next time visit. If she said hi to Deon... then of course...Naomi cannot leave an honest opinion about this restaurant again. Know what I mean? Of course, the staffs will treat Naomi and friends extra special. Extra special service for Naomi means spoiling the real nature of the restaurant. Think Naomi as the food/rextaurant critic. She is an honest customer...and I would like to read her honest comments again.
Dont get me wrong...but yeah...I do know that it is appropriate for Deon to make up for the unsatisfied customer. That's what makes a good manager...but I really do want to read Naomi's honest feedback again.
