You just gotta find reasons why you hate him. Think of all the bad stuff he's done to you and build on that. As hard as it is to honestly try to hate someone you still have feelings for, the more you focus on it the easier the pain becomes and sooner or later it'll be gone. Finding a replacement doesn't work either because if/when you do you'll just be reminded of your ex and start thinking about him again.

Just get angry.

Honestly, you guys won't be friends. It's hard to be friends with someone who you've shared a past with. Which is why work and personal life shouldn't really mix because if shit does go south, then it creates an awkward workspace for you, him and anyone else who knew about you guys.
