It is by "F SECURE" and is very popular in Europe.

A few of my friends use it (IT Geeks) and I have been using it for about a year. It takes a bit to set it up (allowing programs, changes to setting etc) but it work great.
I quite enjoy dragging an anchor behind my new car as well ...
