Bought this on shebay for 100bux and gonna start this program once I'm back from holidays. Since i spent the money to get, rather than just downloading the program, it will kinda force me to keep doing it. Just need to find a set of dumbells and a cheap yoga mat to go along with the DIY chin-up bar in the basement. I'm in decent shape, can do about 8-10 overhand chin-ups and 30 or so push ups. I'm really looking to get toned while staying flexible for hockey, I hate that bodybuilder look.
I think the main thing is to take pics of day 1 and after every 2-4 weeks to compare. I'm pretty confident I'll see results along with eating right. I will miss beer.
