Here's a story, but it's not from Vancouver. This story still freaks me out til this day. My mom told me this story when I was a kid. So anyways, when I was younger we use to live in this huge building in Chinatown. Accross the street were smaller, older buildings. There was a lady living there, a single mother, in a small one bedroom apartment. She was all alone with her baby, with the doors locked and stuff, of course. While she was bathing the baby, the lights in the bathroom went off. She didn't really pay much attention to it cuz the other lights in the apartment was still on. So she dries off the baby, and go gets a new light bulb. As she climbs on top of the chair to change the bulb, she notices that the bulb is just gone. So she freaks out, grabs her baby, and booked it out of there.
It freaked me out real bad, cuz it was only accross the street. Thank god I don't live in Chinatown anymore.
