What kind of knives do you want to buy? You can go to House of Knives, as they have both Henckels and Wustof brands. These are the two big German brands, the main difference between the two are: Wustof steel is slightly harder than Henckel steel, so it is a little bit more difficult to sharpen, but it will keep its edge longer than Henckel. I found Henckel way too soft, but that was in a busy restaurant setting.
