Basically, you need to lower your bodyfat so that there's nothing left to mask your abs. Bodyfat is the only thing that stops abs from showing
So anything you can do to raise your metabolism + lower body fat, running included. Eating smaller portions, more often...instead of 3 square meals aim for 6 smaller
healthier meals. Diet is probably the biggest change and will give the most progress imo
