well for condos, they are MOSTLY all wood frame
on highrises they are all CONCRETE. All the walls that are on a floor are usually SteelStuds + Insulation + Drywalls. Now whereas a wall is SHARED between 2 DIFFERENT suits(party wall), there are usually 2+ sheets of drywall; 5/8" + 1/2" or w/e
and for the ceilings the concrete are usually 6" thick. depends on what kind of flooring the peeps have upstairs, you might or might not hear anything.
