It's the same in my building, how do you deal with the problem? my next door install her speaker on the wall (her living room) which is right beside my bedroom, I can hear the bass of her speaker whenever she turn the Hi-Fi on. I tried so many time knock on her door in the past few months, call the cops and strata but all are useless.
