Best fucking PHO i ever had, another location is near PNE beside churchs fried chicken, and believe me i tried enough pho that back in high school i was so fucking addicted to it that i work at a PHO just so i can eat ALL U CAN EAT UNLIMITED PHO ...staff power for the win
