lvling up profession as a dk is a pain in the ass.. the only profession that's economical to lvl is any of the gathering profession :S tailoring, enchanting etc is not an option unless you feel like buying overpriced stuff on AH or spending hrs farming low lvl mobs for the low lvl ingredients :S

use the addon TrinketMenu. it's pretty good. lets u easily switch trinkets.
