I think Pajo's is average, they aren't very consistent. If there's plenty of people then the fish is good. On a weekday sometimes the quality isn't as good.
I personally like Dave's Fish & Chips (in Steveston Village) because I think Pajo's thickness of the fish isn't what I want.
The thickness of the fish that I like for Fish & Chips is around the Spot's Fish & Chips, and thier beer batter isn't too bad I think.
