You'd be more attractive if you actually took a photo straight on with a nice smile instead of the whole Myspace-esque style which is a total turn off and screams 'look at me please'.
Look at the camera straight on, relax, smile, and take the photo. It's not so hard. It should not be 90 degrees above you or below you.
