I used to buy it from this Chinese South African dude growing up -- he made it himself at his butcher shop. Not sure if he is still in the butchering shop, but it used to be somewhere hidden around SW Marine b/w Oak and Cambie -- like, really hidden in industrial places.
Alternately, there is a place in N. Van on Marine called African Breese [SIC] which sells some -- tho I couldn't say if it is good or not.
