Mix the following:
Sprite, 7up, or Ginger Ale
Cranberry Cocktail
Canned Fruit with the syrup
Vodka (I use Smirnoff, but any other brand should work the same)
All that Sugar helps you absorb that alcohol super quickly, great for parties
