This is correct, the best soup takes hour and hours.
Either way, good on you for trying!
What you could do, is go out and buy a bunch of soup stock from a restaurant.
Then go and buy the rest of the ingredients (pho noodle, meat, beansprouts, meatballs, lime) then make it yourself.
