Of course, no impurity from the tap water to spoil the taste
They even say the best source of water will be the spring water from the same area where the scotch is produced, but I guess that's pushing it.
Never tried fine aged cognac with a bit of water, will have to next time.
Agree, the glass is a must. I usually just stick with Riedel.
