did they not insulate properly? hell, my house was built in the 1940s and nothing is frozen. mind you, the insulated around the pipes.
its nice to see out here in sask the realestate is going down fairly quickly. in a few short months i plan on buying a new house. it looks like i may luck out and get a fresh house for 300k or less.
