Dependind on what time of day you work out/sleep, I find that if you stop eating @ a certain time in the evening, it also helps to lose weight.
I sleep around 10-12. I stop eating when it hits 8pm. If I'm really hungry, I'll eat some fruit or drink a shake and that usually does the trick. Cut out ALL fats where ever possible and keep carbs to a minimum. I found the carb thing hard for me since I love my rice and without adequate starch, I get hungry realllllly quickly. It's good to track your progress (weight) and have goals and stay strict. Are you thinking about joining a gym or something?
