No. I am talking about in the future! Right now...Dubai is still a progressing city for modern architecture. Read my quote again.

I would not say HongKong skycrapers since the architecture is just a plain, old, same skycraper except for propably less than 5 skycrapers I can remember. HongKong will be like Singapore except it is cleaner. Oh wait...I think, Singapore has pretty, decent, daring skycrapers architecture unlike HongKong.
