1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 cup warm water

Cheese Perogies Insides.

6 cups mashed potatoes
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Place flour and salt in bowl. Mix water, eggs and oil together, then add to the bowl of flour and salt. mixing with a wooden spoon. Bogin to add more flour in order to make medium soft dough. Once you have got the dough in the right consistency, mix it with your hands until smooth and has aborbed all flour. Leave to rest for at least twoo hours before you roll it out thinly and cut into squares to fill. Put insides on middle and fold over into a triangle. Use your fingers to push the dough together around outside edge of triangle. Boil and then fry with Onions, butter & Bacon.
