Jun, Mine's, Spoon, Top Secret, Amuse are just a few top tuners I can think of and of course there are more.

Not sure totally agree with the above, but point taken. The problem I have is other than some of these guys showing up to Time attacks, I don’t seem much from them as “tuners”. Maybe that’s just on this side of the pond though.
I was thinking more along the lines of Shops that do complete tunes though. Actual tuning shops, not parts resellers. Mopar and AMG probably were not the best examples on my part.
