a couple of my friends have ShawHD and all of them complain about "technical problems" with their HD feeds.
I.e. sound would disappear for seconds to minutes at a time, or image would start tearing, and they'd have to switch channels and then switch back....
Can anybody else deny/confirm this? I'm kinda in the same boat...not sure which provider to go with for HD
